Class Description

First grade’s mission is to have a safe environment where everyone strives to be happy, productive, and successful learners. First grade’s hope is to, create an environment that harbors tolerance and respect for each other. To spark an attitude of inquiry and enthusiasm for learning that will enable our children to become productive, responsible citizens of the 21^st century.

Body

Providing there are no more snow days......we will have our 100 DAY Party on February 11th. Our day will revolve around the number 100. Prizes will be given away to students in our class every 10 minutes with a "big" prize every 100 minutes. We will count in a variety of ways, have reading contests and writing contests that revolve around the number 100 and our recess activities will even revolve around the number 100! :)
