Volunteering

The PTA works with parents and creates a volunteer schedule.  We are grateful our parent and community volunteers who assist our school in the main office, guidance office, and in classrooms.  Parents can sign up to volunteer at PTA meetings or by leaving a message in the PTA mailbox located in the teacher workroom.  Please see the president, Bonnie Lomboy, for more information.

Visitors

In order for the school to keep a record of your visit and for the safety of all our students, we ask that all visitors report to the office, sign in, and receive a visitor’s pass immediately upon entering the school.  No parent or volunteer may go directly to a classroom or enter the halls during school hours.  Visitors are to respect instructional time and not interrupt or distract the teachers or students.  If you are interested in being a parent volunteers, please contact Bonnie Lomboy, Hickory High PTA President.
