| Sports Physicals required for summer & all MS sports |
Any students interested in participating in sports must have a physical completed before participation / tryouts begin. A "North Carolina High School Athletic Association Sport Preparticipation Examination Form" must be used. You may pick up the physical form from the front office or from your coach. The ONLY form that will be accepted is the form approved by the NCHSAA. NO exceptions! See Coach Mackie if you have questions.
