Family Game Night
Mark your calendars for our Viewmont Family Game Night.  We invite you to join us Tuesday, February 7th from 5:00PM-6:00PM at Viewmont Elementary School as we demonstrate fun learning games that promote literacy and math skills.  There is learning fun for everyone.   Remember, it is also Viewmont Spirit Day at Dante's.  So support our school by taking the whole family out for Dante's and Family Game Night!  We hope to see you there!

Professional Development Day
Schools will be closed for students Thursday, February 9th due to a system-wide staff development training day for faculty and staff.

Lost and Found
Our "Lost and Found" bin is filling up once again with lost scarves, coats, gloves, and hats that are dropped in the hallway or left on the playground.  You can avoid the risk of your child's personal items being lost  by labeling your child's belongings with their first and last name in permanant marker.  Items can easily be returned to their owners if we know to whom they belong.  Items found around the school without a name or obvious owner are placed in the lost and found bin in the gym.  After several weeks, unclaimed items from the lost and found are donated to those in need.  So, please remember to label your belongings and, if you do lose something special, check the lost and found area in the gym.
