Thursday Rotary Club Announces Wilmer Jenkins Teacher of the Year!
Melissa Oates, marketing teacher at Hickory High, won Rotary's Wilmer Jenkins Teacher of the Year for 2016-2017! Congratulations!
Each of the nominees were all winners for their schools and received $500 from Rotary. Mrs. Oates received $1,000 and a lovely plaque.
